Prepare the Package
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective coverings are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to our authorized courier partner and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
